Co-Founder & CEO

Rajiv is a serial digital health entrepreneur who is passionate about leveraging technology for health and wellbeing. He was previously the founder & CEO of ShapeUp, a venture-backed peer support company that was acquired by Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group.

Lee Pichette

Co-Founder, President & COO

Lee is an experienced technology leader with expertise in strategy, sales, marketing, product, and corporate development. He was most recently SVP of Strategy at Predictive Index, a General Catalyst-backed SaaS company that is the market leader in talent optimization.
